My first time ever to the Sunshine Coast brought me to Bonnie Brook over 13 years ago. As I drive around the bend to discover the bay I still get goose bumps with anticipation. Luckily for Gibson's, Lina, the new owner of the Inn and Chaster's Restaurant have turned it into a "must" for anyone's Sunshine Coast bucket list. The only true fine dining in Gibson's in a charming waterfront setting. However as a local, I frequent their Sunday brunch - the best eggs benedict anywhere although I take turns with their chicken tarragon crepes that are really to die for. The weekend before last Keith and I took Christian. We always love it.
